CIS may provide forms for Client to prepare Client’s own Terms of Use, Cookies Policy, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy for Client’s website. CIS services include a review of Client’s answers for completeness, spelling and for consistency of names, addresses and the like. At no time does CIS review Client’s answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about Client’s legal rights, remedies, defenses, options or strategies, or apply the law to facts of Client’s particular situation. CIS is not a law firm and may not perform legal services that are to be performed by an attorney. CIS, its services and its forms or templates are not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney.
CIS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (A) ANY FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS WILL MEET CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE RESULTS THAT WILL BE OBTAINED FROM THE FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS OFFERED BY CIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (C) THE QUALITY OF THE FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS OFFERED BY CIS WILL MEET THE CLIENT’S EXPECTATIONS. OBTAINING OR USING ANY FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS FROM CIS IS DONE AT THE CLIENT’S DISCRETION AND AT CLIENT'S OWN RISK. CIS HAS ADVISED CLIENT OF THE NEED TO CONSULT WITH A LICENSED ATTORNEY REGARDING ANY FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY CIS PRIOR TO CLIENT’S USE OF SUCH FORMS, TEMPLATES OR MATERIALS.
